✥ How Does Sensor Self-Calibration Work? +
The integrated microcomputer automatically evaluates the lavatory color, geometry and surrounding conditions and adjusts the optimum sensing zone. Complete final commissioning after the basin, countertop and nearby reflective surfaces are permanently installed.
◇ What Is the Factory Detection Distance? +
BathSelect specifies a preset detection zone of approximately 15 cm. The sensing distance can also be adjusted during commissioning to accommodate different basin depths and installation conditions while limiting unintended activation.
◯ What Is the Rated Water Flow? +
The BS15069AG is rated at approximately 4.5 liters per minute. If flow becomes restricted, verify dynamic supply pressure, inspect the outlet and clean the built-in strainer before changing the sensor or solenoid settings.
↻ How Does the Automatic Shutoff Operate? +
The infrared control is factory configured with an approximately 30-second automatic shutoff that can be adjusted. This limits prolonged unattended flow if an object remains inside the sensing field during commercial operation.
⌁ What Water Pressure Range Is Required? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 0.1 to 0.6 MPa operating pressure for this model. Flush the supply lines before final connection and verify stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the electronic valve assembly.
⌂ How Is the Solenoid Protected From Debris? +
A built-in serviceable strainer helps prevent sediment and foreign material from entering the solenoid valve. During scheduled maintenance, isolate the water supply, clean the strainer and verify unrestricted flow before restoring operation.
⚡ Which Power Configurations Are Supported? +
The faucet supports DC operation as well as combined AC/DC power configurations. Battery installations can use four AA alkaline batteries, while facilities may also use the compatible AC power arrangement.
⌕ What Does the Diagnostic Indicator Monitor? +
The flashing diagnostic indicator assists with power-up, low-battery and solenoid-function checks. If operation becomes irregular, inspect the power source, sensor window, inlet filtration and electronic valve before recalibrating the sensing range.

During several boutique hospitality and executive office restroom renovations completed between 2023 and 2025, we replaced older decorative touchless faucets that repeatedly developed finish discoloration, unstable sensor response, and inconsistent shutoff timing under continuous commercial usage.The Venosa Touchless Faucet delivered a much stronger balance between architectural appearance and operational reliability. Its infrared AI Smart-Chip maintained accurate hand detection with minimal false triggering, while the adjustable auto shutoff system consistently regulated flow timing even during peak traffic periods. The solid brass vandal-resistant construction and antique gold finish also handled aggressive cleaning schedules far better than previous luxury-style sensor faucets we had maintained.One technical advantage became especially noticeable during long-term operation: the faucet maintained stable sensor responsiveness even when installed near reflective stone countertops and metallic backsplash surfaces, conditions that previously caused detection inconsistencies with other commercial touchless fixtures.
